How long delivery takes, what happens to your order before it ships, and where Cash on Delivery applies.
Delivery usually takes 5–8 days.
Why it takes the time it does
Every DIRE VULF order goes through quality checks before it leaves us. We would rather take the time to check, pack and send your order properly than rush it out and compromise the experience.
The stages of an order
Order processing
Your order is confirmed and prepared for picking.
Quality check
The product is checked before it is packed. Anything that does not pass does not ship.
Shipping
The packed order is handed over for delivery.
Delivery
The order reaches the address on your order.
On timelines
5–8 days is what usually happens, not a guarantee. Delivery time can vary by location and by circumstances outside our control.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on selected products only. Where it is available, it is shown on that product's page. If a product does not show it, COD is not available for that product.
If something arrives damaged
Record a continuous unboxing video and email it to us with your order details. The full process is on the replacement page.
